Navigating my own negative experiences with weight, chronic health issues and self image/confidence is what motivated me to get into this industry and serving others. Through those experiences, I obtained a special set of skills that equipped me with ways to best assist my clients in getting healthier. Those skills include accountability, discipline, positive self talk, and being intentional to name a few. Along with those skills I am able to tailor personalized science-based programs for all of my clients. The most important thing I try to communicate is that our health is "More than Movement." It is quality sleep, proper nutrition, managing stress, consistency, mental/emotional health and so much more! If you are looking for a quick fix, I am not the trainer for you. If you are looking to change your lifestyle, you have come to the right place!

Our training philosophy is similar to that of an athlete. The mindset of an athlete is to optimize every aspect of his/her body (and mind) in order to perform at the highest level and to do so consistently. They must focus on moving, fueling, and recovering to the best of their ability. Why not take the same approach with the everyday athlete (the not so average Janes and Joes)? Right? We thought it was a no brainer too!
